Do you have baseboard electric heat with the old "knob-style"
highly inaccurate mechanical analog thermostats?
You can save $$$$ by replacing these with a new, highly accurate, digital
thermostat, especially if you have rental property with no control over what the renters set
the temperature to.
We set a minimum temperature that the you specify at any
value above 41° and a maximum temperature that you want below 82°.
Most of our customers chose a low temperature of 45° to 50° and a maximum of
72°.
We offer both stand-alone and Smart Thermostat styles. Keep in mind that you must have constant internet service to use a Smart Thermostat.

Electric Water Heater Replacement - done correctly
If you chose us to replace your electric water heater, it will be done RIGHT. No short cuts!
If you do not have an Expansion Tank, we will install one.
Yes it is required when you replace a tank type water heater. It is a good
idea to have one even if you are not changing water heaters.
If you have notice a puddle below the over pressure/temperature relief valve,
you do not have one! Your water heater is stressing your faucet seals and wasting hot
water each time it activates.
If you do not have a catch pan and drain under the tank,
we will do our very best to install one that drains to the outside or a lower
level drain.
Do you want water leaking all over your floors should something go wrong?
Does your over presure/temperature relief valve drain to the outside or a drain? If not we will ensure that it does!
If you do not have electrical disconnect near you water heater? This to will be installed. Yes it is required when you replace a water heater.
You may find cheaper, but ensure that they do the complete job correctly!

We can install interior and exterior locksets: Keyed or
pushbutton, smart or local control.
We recommend that you only choose a name
brand such as Kwikset of Schlage. No off or house brands.
We really like the Kwikset Smartkey line as it allow rekeying without a
locksmith or having to take the lockset out. Very DIY friendly!
